*The cyclone Titli will have effect over Jharkhand - specially in view of Durga Puja*
(1) Rains due to Cyclone Titli is expected to bring rains in South, East & Central Jharkhand on 10/11 October 2018
(2) Heavy to Very Heavy rain with wind speed 12-15 Kmph - specially on 12-13 October . The areas of major impact are East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and Saraikela & Khrsawan , Dhanbad, Bokaro , Deoghar , Dumka
(3) Ranchi and surroundings districts will have moderate to heavy rains on 12-14 October .
